| Toyota Fortuner on the lifter |
This week a Toyota Fortuner came in the shop having rattling noise whenever driving the unit. Initially the owner thought that there is a problem with the engine support.
Upon inspection, there was nothing wrong with the engine support. However we found that there is a problem with the stabilizer joint. Further inspection shows that there is also wear and tear on the transmission support and needs to be replaced.

As observed between the old and new transmission support, check out the wear and tear as depicted in the image below. Mind the gap which affects it's ability to support the transmission causing rattles during operation.
